As of February 2026, the Reasons to Stay website will no longer be available. This change will help streamline access to services and up-to-date resources for our community, assisting with ongoing efforts to ensure alignment with broader sector initiatives, the evolving landscape of mental health resources, and ensuring that our approach integrates with key national and state-level platforms such as the Medicare Mental Health website, which offer extensive information and services in this area.

Medicare Mental Health will be the primary alternative service providing navigation and referral support to the community. Medicare Mental Health can be contacted on 1800 595 212, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (excluding public holidays).
